Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility (walking, transfers, positioning)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Help with errands or transportation to appointments
- Communicate with the care team regarding client needs
