PSS or CNA, 16 hour/nights (10:00 pm to 6:00 am)

Under the supervision of the Residential Care Director, the Personal Support Specialist provides care that meets the physical and psychosocial needs of residents according to the residents’ functional assessment, service plan, and as directed by the supervisor. Requirements
- PSS certification required.
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Requires proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.
- Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- CNA
- CPR Certification preferred.
- Experience in a nursing home environment or work/volunteer experience with the elderly preferred.
