About The Position

SSENSE is seeking a Full-Time Personal Stylist to join their retail team at their boutique in Montreal's Old Port. The Personal Stylist will offer clients a bespoke shopping experience through an appointment-based concept, acting as a trusted advisor both in-store and online. This role involves providing impeccable customer service, engaging with clients, contributing to team culture, and exploring the creative aspects of the SSENSE space and product catalog.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Stylist.
• Excellent knowledge of the brands carried by SSENSE, including their artistic direction, history, and technical garment details.
• Experience operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 15 kg).
• Schedule flexibility, including availability for weekends, mornings, and evenings to meet the boutique’s operational needs.

Nice To Haves

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French. Proficiency in English is considered a major asset for providing quality service to our international clientele.
• Comfortable working with various technologies (Google Suite, inventory systems, POS, mobile apps, etc.).
• A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of customer service across all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver personalized, unique client experiences through exceptional high-quality interactions.
• Cultivate sincere and loyal client relationships through database management and engagement before, during, and after every touchpoint.
• Ensure sales targets, KPIs, and desired volumes for in-store activations are met, while providing a peerless customer experience aligned with the SSENSE Montreal brand strategy.
• Assist with the in-store experience by ensuring client transactions are processed accurately and efficiently using SSENSE systems and technologies.
• Act as a brand ambassador; continually developing and refining styling quality through deep knowledge of SSENSE products, adaptability, and impeccable taste.
