About The Position

The ideal Personal Stylist Support candidate is motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. A day in the life involves supporting salespeople to perform all aspects of the selling process, setting up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson, supporting team goals, building positive relationships, and performing daily department maintenance tasks. These tasks include stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities
