About The Position

The Personal Stylist Business Lead acts as the operational anchor for a stylist's business, coordinating tasks, priorities, and schedules for support assistants to ensure seamless client execution. This role involves managing high-level scheduling, appointment preparation, and follow-ups, as well as overseeing logistics for client shipments, alterations, and product sourcing. The Business Lead also monitors and analyzes business performance, tracks key clienteling metrics, and serves as a liaison between the stylist's business and store leadership, merchant teams, and corporate functions. Requirements

  • Experience in administrative support and operations coordination.
  • Proficiency in calendar and agenda management.
  • Ability to track high-value client shipments, alterations, and product sourcing.

  • Experience with data reporting and maintaining dashboards.
  • Knowledge of clienteling KPIs such as client retention, new acquisition, and reactivation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tasks, daily priorities, and schedules for support assistants to ensure seamless client execution.
  • Manage high-level scheduling, appointment preparation, and follow-ups for client engagements and VIP events.
  • Track high-value client shipments, alteration pipelines, and product sourcing requests, troubleshooting administrative issues.
  • Monitor and analyze weekly selling performance, category mix, and key business drivers to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and utilize daily/weekly reporting tools and dashboards to provide visibility into book productivity.
  • Track client retention, new acquisition, and lapsed client reactivation KPIs, organizing data into actionable outreach lists.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the stylist's business and store leadership, merchant teams, and corporate functions.
  • Stay informed on competitive luxury client trends, current brand assortments, and seasonal shifts.
  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and alignment with Saks Global’s luxury brand values.
  • Perform additional operational, technical, and administrative responsibilities as needed.
