Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
Friendly, helpful attitude with a passion for serving others.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Comfort using mobile technology and digital tools.
Ability to lift, bend, and move product safely during your shift.
Commitment to teamwork and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Carefully shop customer orders using our digital platform to ensure accuracy, freshness, and quality.
Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude at curbside pickup.
Deliver orders efficiently, verifying items and processing payments when needed.
Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and leadership.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling products.
Keep the staging and pickup areas clean, organized, and stocked.
Assist customers in person and over the phone with questions or concerns.
Maintain a calm, positive attitude during busy or fast-paced periods.
Support other store areas as needed to ensure excellent customer service.
