Shifts available from 5 AM - 1:30 PM or 6 AM - 2:30PM SUN - SAT. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED. A career at Meijer is more than a way to pay the bills. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually.
- Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
- Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
- Desire to work with customers.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Friendly outgoing attitude.
Nice To Haves
- CURRENT/PREVIOUS CASHIER, RETAIL, E-COMMERCE/PERSONAL SHOPPER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE A PLUS
- Previous retail or customer experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling a customer’s online curbside order.
- Complete online shopping orders for customers
- Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
- Create ‘WOW’ moments that have a positive and lasting impact on our customers.
- Use good eye contact and body language, displaying a friendly and outgoing attitude.
- Be prepared to handle customer questions adequately and appropriately.
- Build trustful relationships with customers to encourage return visits.
