This position involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals. It also requires maintaining facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. A key part of the role is fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock merchandise. The role also entails completing work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with various partners, identifying priorities, communicating progress, and adapting to change. Providing excellent Member service, including identifying needs, assisting with purchasing, locating merchandise, and resolving issues, is crucial. Furthermore, the associate must comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, embrace diversity, foster a supportive workplace, work as a team, build relationships, mentor others, and uphold integrity and compliance.
