This position develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. The role also involves maintaining the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. Additionally, it includes fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, completing work assignments and priorities, and providing excellent Member service. The associate will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, while also embracing diversity, working as a team, and acting with integrity. The role focuses on serving customers and members by delivering results, making informed decisions, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and a desire to learn.
