About The Position

This position is responsible for developing and supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. The role also involves maintaining the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards and procedures, fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, completing work assignments and priorities, and providing excellent Member service. Additionally, the associate will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, while fostering a culture of belonging and respect.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, and securing items until Members arrive.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, identifying priorities, communicating progress, and recommending improvements.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates with impact to motivate and influence.
• Strengthens the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others, and recognizing contributions.
