This is a part-time position at Sam's Club, focusing on nights and weekends. The role involves developing and supporting membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals. The Personal Shopper is responsible for maintaining the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards and procedures. They will also fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, ensuring accuracy and securing items until members arrive. The position requires completing work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, identifying priorities, and adapting to change. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
