About The Position

This role focuses on providing excellent member service, fulfilling digital orders accurately, and contributing to new business generation. The Personal Shopper will assist members with their purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote the company's products and services. They will also be responsible for fulfilling member digital orders by picking items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock merchandise. Responsibilities

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events.
Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Provides Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
Operates equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process Member purchases.
Helps generate new business and associated revenue by actively promoting department services and offerings, responding to customer inquiries, and soliciting feedback.
Fulfills Member digital orders by reviewing orders, picking items accurately, scanning items, staging orders correctly, ensuring accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
Fulfills customer orders by reviewing orders, locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring accuracy, making appropriate substitutions, and consulting with members.
