The role also ensures facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials properly. A key responsibility is fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by accurately reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock merchandise. The associate completes work assignments by utilizing company policies, collaborating with colleagues, identifying priorities, communicating progress, and adapting to feedback. Providing excellent Member service involves acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing, locating merchandise, and resolving issues. The role requires compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, embracing diversity, fostering a culture of belonging, and working as part of a team. Associates are expected to build trusting relationships, communicate effectively, mentor others, and recognize contributions.
