About The Position

This position develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. It involves participating in sales and marketing events and making efforts to meet Membership goals. The role also includes maintaining the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. Additionally, it involves fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing them, ensuring accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise. The position requires completing work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, and adapting to change. It also involves providing excellent Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. The role requires compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Responsibilities

• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
