About The Position

As a Personal Shopper Lead, you play a key role in shaping how members experience Sam’s Club from day one. You’ll help lead a team that keeps the club running smoothly - making sure merchandise is available, Club Pickup orders are accurate, and members receive fast, friendly service every time they shop. This role is about setting expectations, supporting associates, and creating consistency in a fast-paced environment. When your area runs well and your team feels supported, members notice - and they keep coming back. Your leadership helps build trust, drive results, and strengthen the club’s success in the community.

Requirements

  • Experience leading others or stepping into a leadership role
  • Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • A team-first mindset with strong accountability and ownership
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the business
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and support associates to deliver strong performance and great member service
  • Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and recognize accomplishments
  • Support hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day development of associates
  • Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and ready for members
  • Ensure Club Pickup (online order pickup) is accurate, on time, and easy for members to collect
  • Jump in to problem-solve and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment
  • Create a welcoming, helpful experience for every member
  • Resolve concerns quickly and confidently
  • Assist members with purchases, questions, and self-service tools
  • Use basic performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results
  • Help streamline processes to make work easier for the team
  • Partner with club leadership to keep operations running efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment for associates and members
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
