This role assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility, focusing on the Sam's Club ecommerce plan. The Personal Shopper Lead is responsible for overseeing operations of ecommerce programs like Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, auditing online customer feedback, resolving customer complaints, and identifying trends to support management in implementing solutions. The role also involves supervising associates supporting ecommerce programs by training them, providing resources, assigning duties, and ensuring adequate coverage at the ecommerce pickup location. The Personal Shopper Lead executes the Sam's Club Pickup plan and processes, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly, equipment is available, and associates are trained and supported. They also provide member service, maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation, oversee the picking and staging of club pickup orders, and develop/implement processes to meet business needs. Additionally, the role demonstrates and promotes compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity, and leads and participates in teams by collaborating, coordinating, and supporting others.
