About The Position

At Do Right Insurance, you'll build lasting client relationships, earn renewal income that grows every year, and never start from zero again. We shop strong carrier partners to find coverage that actually fits each client. We have the reputation, the relationships, and the infrastructure. Now we're growing the advisory team to match.
Requirements
- Hold an active Utah Property & Casualty license, or are ready to get one
- Enjoy solving problems and explaining complicated things simply.
- No sales background required, just curiosity and drive.
- Want to build something that's yours, not just hit a number
- Own your results and welcome coaching to get there faster
Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their home, auto, umbrella, and personal coverage needs
- Identify gaps they didn't know they had, and build coverage that actually protects them
- Work the leads we provide, then grow your own pipeline through referrals and relationships
- Stay current on carriers, products, and the real risks your clients face
