About The Position

NASCAR Racing Experience provides an opportunity for people to fulfill their dream of driving a real NASCAR Race Car at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Our goal for every participant is to make their experience the memory of a lifetime. To do this, we need people that love what they do and to be just excited as our customers. Being a Personal Racing Instructor with NASCAR Racing Experience may include but are not limited to, talking with customers during their driving experience, giving advice on how to improve their experience, and ensuring that all customers you encounter have a safe and memorable experience that makes them want to come back again and again!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Well-spoken and confident speaking to customers
• Effective in giving clear and concise instructions to customers
• Comfortable speaking through a two-way radio and headset
• Ability to multi-task
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Positive attitude while working with the public
