Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in personal insurance
In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and the insurance market in New Brunswick or some Atlantic Provinces
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite
Excellent interpersonal skills and listening abilities
Depth of analysis, quality of judgment, and good decision-making ability
Negotiation skills and the ability to manage priorities
Ability to collaborate in achieving the objectives
Highly proficient in French and English, both spoken and written

Nice To Haves

Possessing a ‘’Chartered Insurance Professional’’ (CIP) is an asset

Responsibilities

Handling the underwriting and acceptance of insurance requests in automobile and home insurance policies in accordance with current underwriting and pricing policies
Issuing the necessary documents and renewals for individual insurance policies
Providing support to our broker partners
Developing and maintaining your skills and knowledge in personal lines insurance
