About The Position

Seeking motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Producers to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about building relationships, developing referral partnerships, and growing their own book of business. As a Personal Lines Producer, you will focus on selling standard personal lines insurance while also learning to navigate high-net-worth accounts.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a remote work environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently.
Proficiency in insurance quoting and policy management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain referral partnerships to develop a robust book of business.
Leverage house leads initially, transitioning to self-generated leads over time.
Sell standard personal lines insurance policies, with opportunities to expand into high-net-worth accounts.
Develop and execute strategies to secure larger accounts with multiple lines of coverage.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients.
