About The Position

This is a player-coach role for a high-performing Personal Lines insurance producer who can lead from the front. The individual will help combine two established local insurance teams into one larger Boca Raton office, own sales performance and retention, and continue producing as one of the office’s top Personal Lines professionals. This is a growing, technology-enabled retail insurance agency serving individuals and small businesses in the Southeast. The role reports to the VP of Sales and leads a key office transition as two local partner agencies move into a single operating structure. This is not a back-office management role; the ideal candidate is commercially sharp, active in the local referral community, and credible with producers by modeling expected sales behaviors. The role involves bringing management discipline, strengthening accountability, coaching producers, and building a positive, competitive sales culture during a phase of growth.
