Responsibilities Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their personal insurance needs. Provide advisory services and tailored solutions for both high-net-worth and standard personal lines clients. Market, quote, and place personal lines policies, ensuring recommendations align with each client’s goals and coverage requirements. Analyze insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals to ensure accuracy, adequate coverage, and compliance with company and industry standards. Act as a trusted advocate for clients during claims, providing support and working with adjusters, underwriters, and providers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate pricing, manage renewals, and design package solutions that best fit client needs. Stay up to date with market trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements to ensure clients are offered the best options and remain well-informed. Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, contributing to team and organizational growth. Assist in mentoring junior staff and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace. Qualifications Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance policies, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency with insurance-related software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid 2-20 Insurance License Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager Familiarity with high-net-worth clientele and premium coverage options. Professional insurance designations, such as CIC, CISR, or CPRIA, are highly desirable. #LI-KR1
