As a Personal Lines Client Service Manager II, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to protect what matters most to our clients. This full-time fully remote role gives you the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of personal lines insurance while working with a supportive and collaborative team. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll be the go-to advisor for a group of valued clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and precision. You’ll handle the day-to-day management of their accounts, always aiming to exceed expectations and meet our service goals. By building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues, you’ll help uphold Gallagher’s reputation for excellence and reliability. Your work will give clients peace of mind, knowing their personal insurance is in expert hands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • A passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and friendly way.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to doing what’s right.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues to create and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and resolving any issues quickly.
