About The Position

The Cross Family of Agencies is seeking a Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager to work autonomously or in collaboration with the personal lines team. The primary function of this position is to generate accurate endorsements, evidences of insurance, and provide timely responses to clients and third parties for client-related actions. This role is critical to the success of the Personal Lines Servicing Unit, as it directly impacts the client's perception of the agency's service level. Accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to agency workflows and standard procedures are required.

Requirements

Agency Personal Lines experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Property and Casualty license
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment
Ability to work well with others

Nice To Haves

AMS360 management system experience
Working knowledge of management and quoting systems for company partners that Advocate Brokerage Corp. represents
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and the internet

Responsibilities

Work in conjunction with the team to meet time-sensitive goals set forth by the Account Managers and the Personal Lines Manager.
Maintain client activity in the agency automation system and keep open suspense items up to date.
Provide timely response for client-related activity.
Complete endorsement quotes, accurate issuance of endorsements, and follow up for verification of completion.
Complete evidences of insurance and insurance ID cards for auto and home mortgagee changes.
Remain current on coverages, forms, and company rating tools to effectively support the account managers in a timely and accurate manner.
Participate in further education when requested.
Back up reception desk as needed.
Assume other job responsibilities as required.
