Requirements

  • 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
  • Missouri Property & Casualty Producer License (required).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with teammates.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with AMS360 is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and finding better ways to serve clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AMS360 is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and producers to understand insurance needs and recommend appropriate personal lines coverage.
  • Build strong relationships through responsive, thoughtful service and clear communication.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and better protect clients as their needs evolve.
  • Respond promptly to client questions and concerns while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with insurance carrier underwriters.
  • Gather information needed to prepare competitive insurance quotes.
  • Work with producers to identify the best carrier options based on client needs.
  • Prepare applications, proposals, and submission materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Process new business promptly after coverage is bound.
  • Coordinate renewals and review existing policies to ensure clients have appropriate protection.
  • Recommend coverage improvements and account-rounding opportunities.
  • Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and other service requests.
  • Review policies for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when needed.
  • Assist clients with claims by providing guidance, completing required documentation, and monitoring claim progress.
  • Prepare accurate policy invoicing and documentation.
  • Stay current on industry trends, carrier updates, and new insurance products through ongoing education and training.
  • Utilize AMS360, ImageRight, and other technology to improve efficiency and deliver outstanding service.
  • Maintain organized electronic client records and documentation.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and contribute ideas that help our team serve clients even better.
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
