About The Position

Our client is a well-established independent insurance agency based out of Miami, FL. With over five decades of insurance agency experience, they have a strong reputation for performance and client service excellence. The agency offers both personal and commercial insurance solutions. Their business model revolves around working closely with their book of business, providing a personal and understanding touch. This is a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager role with remote, hybrid, or on-site flexibility. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and managing an existing book of personal insurance business, building long-term client relationships, and supporting retention and account growth. You will collaborate closely with producers and the service team to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Personal Insurance Account Management experience required
  • Strong professionalism and ethical standards
  • Consistent follow through on deadlines meetings and client commitments
  • Must be located within a 3 hour drive of Miami, FL and able to commute to the office as required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage and timely renewals
  • Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates with strong attention to detail
  • Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and account rounding opportunities
  • Prepare renewal proposals and remarket accounts when necessary to ensure competitive coverage and pricing
  • Provide responsive, solution oriented customer support via phone, email, and in person interactions
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and adhere to compliance guidelines
  • Partner with producers and team members to support client retention, cross sell efforts, and overall client satisfaction
