Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including quoting, marketing, and carrier negotiations.
- Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Quote and market new and renewal business for personal lines accounts.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
- Collaborate closely with producers to ensure seamless client service and account management.
- Maintain and update client information in the EPIC software system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and carrier offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
