Seeking a motivated and service-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and team-focused organization. Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
3-5 years of experience in personal lines account management or a related field.
Strong service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and be coached.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with EzLynx software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines accounts, including renewals and policy changes.
Handle all service-related tasks with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to meet client needs.
Collaborate with senior agents and team members to ensure seamless client support.
Utilize EzLynx software for account management and processing.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
