About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. Requirements

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • 1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance
  • Familiarity with PL Rater software is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • A stable work history with a commitment to long-term growth within an organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Life & Health (L&H) license is a bonus.
  • Preference for candidates who have worked in a captive (not independent) environment.
  • Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to personal lines insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with insurers, acting as a liaison to address client concerns and inquiries.
  • Handle daily account servicing tasks, including policy changes, renewals, and claims assistance.
  • Utilize PL Rater software to manage accounts efficiently.
  • Optional: Engage in sales activities (approximately 20% of the role) if desired, though this is not a requirement.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
