Requirements

Proven experience in High-Net-Worth insurance programs and carriers (e.g., PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client, Berkley One).
Active Property & Casualty license is required.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in handling endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and coverage reviews.
Knowledge of personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, and policy servicing.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a high-volume book of business, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering high-touch, concierge-level service.
Handle endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and coverage reviews with precision and efficiency.
Collaborate with insurance carriers, producers, and internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide expert guidance on personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, policy servicing, and renewal management.
Utilize insurance carrier platforms and agency management systems (AMS360 preferred) to manage client accounts effectively.
