About The Position

HUB International is seeking a dynamic Personal Insurance Account Associate with a focus on New Business processing to join their Personal Lines team in Oakville, Ontario for a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented team player committed to meeting deadlines and adapting to business growth. The position involves assisting account managers, processing quotations, ordering reports, supporting application processing, updating client files, preparing binders, reviewing documents, processing mail and underwriting requests, and facilitating the collection of aged receivables.

Requirements

1+ year of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational, multitasking skills in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive customer experiences
Team player able to work within production and service teams.

Responsibilities

Assist account managers in processing quotations on Applied Rating Services
Ordering MVRs and Autoplus Reports
Support team members in processing applications, endorsements and policy cancellations
Updating client files in the Broker Management System
Preparation of insurance binders
Renewal and Policy document review for accuracy and competitiveness
Process incoming mail, underwriting requests and memos
Facilitate the collection of aged receivables
