We are looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our growing team! This role involves servicing ongoing client needs, advising on insurance matters, conducting needs assessments, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conducting care calls, and processing renewals. Additionally, you will sell new policies to existing or new clients, retain an existing book of business, quote new business through outbound calls and introductory letters, and receive walk-in clients. You will also contact Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policies, prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for clients, issue insurance certificates, process changes, and review renewals. Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes, actively participating in training initiatives, participating in community marketing initiatives, processing Account Receivable activities, and providing guidance and assistance as requested are also key aspects of this role.
