About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing personal lines accounts, account rounding, and remarketing, with the potential to grow into a management position.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to personal lines accounts.
- Handle account rounding and remarketing tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management.
- Demonstrate the potential to transition into a management role after one year.
