About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves providing end-to-end servicing of personal lines accounts, managing a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts, and actively cross-selling, upselling, and rounding out accounts to meet client needs. The position also includes quoting and managing new and renewal business, collaborating with various carriers, and utilizing AMS360 software.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance (open to candidates with captive experience).
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; must obtain immediately after hire if not already licensed.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and services.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, quoting, and binding.
  • Manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts, such as auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, and recreational vehicles.
  • Actively cross-sell, upsell, and round out accounts to meet client needs.
  • Quote and manage new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with carriers such as Commerce, Travelers, Hartford, Acadia, Vermont Mutual, and Progressive.
  • Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
