About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing a personal lines book of business, which includes home, auto, umbrella, farm, watercraft, and dwelling fire accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing accounts, quoting new and renewal business, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines at an independent agency
- Applied EPIC experience highly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
Nice To Haves
- Additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Handle incoming client inquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance
- Quote and process new and renewal business for personal lines policies
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional coverages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Applied EPIC software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and support
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients
