Responsible for the support and service of GIB customers. This role involves performing customer service functions necessary to support clients, including policy changes, new business, claims, and addressing billing issues. The Account Manager will utilize multiple insurance carriers, understanding their guidelines and products, and educate customers on policy coverage to enable informed decisions. Developing trusted relationships with clients through creative problem-solving and reviewing customer accounts to address coverage needs are key aspects of this position. The role also includes cross-selling additional products offered by the Insurance Agency or the Credit Union.
