About The Position
Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable individual to provide timely quotes, recognize cross selling opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service for personal lines customers.
Requirements
- Proven customer service and sales skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties
- Must hold Property & Casualty License
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with standard and/or high net worth personal lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting
- Experience maintaining client relationships
- Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems
- Prior experience quoting, binding, and issuing policies
Responsibilities
- Provide timely quotes
- Recognize cross selling opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service for personal lines customers
- Handle new and renewal submissions
- Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates
- Overall account management
