About The Position

The Litigation Case Manager serves as a primary liaison between clients, attorneys, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel during the litigation phase of a personal injury claim. This role focuses on litigation support, discovery coordination, trial preparation, and maintaining strong client communication throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases
• Microsoft Officeproficiency
• Comfort with case management software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout litigation
• Maintain consistent client communication and updates
• Coordinate discovery including interrogatories and requests to produce
• Assistwith drafting and filing litigation documents
• Track court deadlines and scheduling orders
• Coordinate depositions, IMEs, and expert evaluations
• Order and organize medical records and bills
• Prepare materials for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Maintain organized case files inSmartAdvocate
• Coordinate with court staff and opposing counsel
• Assistwith trial preparation and exhibits
• Attend litigation meetings and trainings
• Monitor case progress and escalate issues
• Follow all firm policies and procedures
