About The Position
Plaintiff, Personal Injury firm has an opening for an experienced Case Manager to work in Pre-Litigation. Qualified candidates will have at least 2-5 years of experience with all facets of a Pre-Litigation case.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Attorney with new client intake
- Open new claims with the Insurance Adjuster
- Monitor client’s medical treatments
- Gather evidence: medical records, bills, police report, photos, etc.
- Work with the Clients, Insurance Adjusters and Attorneys
- Prepare the Demand through a template for the Attorney’s review
