About The Position

These are law firm litigation attorney roles focused on plaintiff personal injury, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, insurance defense, product liability, and high-exposure civil litigation matters. We are working with multiple law firms seeking litigation attorneys across plaintiff personal injury, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, insurance defense, and complex civil litigation practices. These opportunities involve trial preparation, depositions, motion practice, client strategy, negotiations, and high-stakes litigation matters ranging from birth injury and catastrophic injury claims to insurance defense and complex commercial disputes.

Requirements

JD required
Substantive litigation experience at a law firm
Strong motion practice, discovery, deposition, and courtroom skills
Active bar admission required in applicable jurisdiction
Candidates must be licensed attorneys.

Responsibilities

Manage litigation matters and client relationships independently.
Handle discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and courtroom advocacy.
Oversee litigation strategy, client outcomes, business development, and staff management.
Defend corporate and insurance carrier clients in state and federal courts.
Manage sophisticated cases, handle expert depositions nationwide, and collaborate with medical professionals.
Work toward first-chair trial leadership responsibilities.
