Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling personal injury cases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service attitude.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Assisting in all aspects of personal injury cases from beginning to end.
- Requesting reports, tapes, videos, medical records, police reports, etc.
- Reporting claims to insurance companies.
- Drafting and sending letters.
- Communicating and corresponding with clients, providers, and other involved parties.
- Maintaining client files.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing case files and medical records.
