Requirements
- At least three years experience with a New York personal injury law firm (or Corporation Counsel) either plaintiff or defense
- Strong knowledge of law and legal processes, with an emphasis on personal injury and civil rights cases
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in legal writing including drafting motions
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact empathetically with clients and work collaboratively with a legal team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage and maintain case documentation

- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification
