  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Open and manage insurance claims including bodily injury, medical payments, uninsured and underinsured motorist, and premises liability claims
  • Obtain additional documents and information requested by insurance companies or opposing counsel
  • Maintain positive relationships with community referral partners
  • Scan incoming mail and correspondence into client files
  • Maintain organized, up to date client files following firm file naming standards
  • Enter accurate and comprehensive case data into Filevine
  • Request and track medical records and related documentation
  • Support client onboarding by obtaining all required documentation and information
  • Assist with client intake including incoming calls, follow ups, and fee agreements
  • Submit and follow up on medical records requests
  • Assemble, edit, and organize documents using Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Ensure scanned documents are correctly labeled, filed, and maintained
  • Assist with administrative support related to personal injury cases
  • Provide clients with regular status updates on their matters
  • Ensure attorney calendars reflect all deadlines, hearings, and court appearances
  • Schedule meetings, depositions, mediations, medical examinations, and court events
  • Manage and support firm email marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate schedules with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and vendors
