About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to manage a high-volume caseload and ensure files move efficiently from intake through settlement. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies while supporting attorneys in case development.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of personal injury case management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of insurance claims, medical records, and settlement processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and deadline awareness

Nice To Haves

• Experience with case management software (Filevine or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and provide regular case status updates
• Request, track, and organize medical records and billing statements
• Open insurance claims, confirm coverage, and maintain adjuster communications
• Monitor treatment progress and ensure cases move timely toward demand
• Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines, and follow-up tasks in the case management system
• Assist attorneys with demand preparation, including compiling records and damages summaries
• Track liens, balances, and provider information
• Ensure all documents are properly signed, saved, and organized
• Coordinate settlement processing steps and assist with closing files
