About The Position

We are supporting a rapidly growing personal injury law firm entering their fifth year and expanding quickly. We are looking for high-performing, motivated team members who want to grow with the company and contribute to our long-term success. The Case Manager will support case management operations from intake to pre-litigation settlement, assist in daily office tasks, and work closely across departments. This is a versatile, hands-on role offering exposure to all facets of a personal injury law firm. Ideal for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to develop a long-term career in the legal field.

Requirements

  • Strong in English/ Spanish speaking.
  • Must work in person, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior legal or case management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to assist in multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cases from intake to settlement. Including scheduling, medical records retrieval, opening the claims, and preparing demands.
  • Communicate and sign new leads
  • Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth firm workflow.
  • Collaborate with pre-litigation and litigation department
  • Maintain accurate, organized case files.
