The Opportunity As our PI Case Manager Assistant in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to assist our Case Managers in the development of our client’s cases to ensure our clients earn the maximum settlement deserved.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
• Type at least 40 wpm.

Nice To Haves

• Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE.
• Request police reports and medical records.
• Schedule doctor appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
• Verify balances with providers.
• Prepare files to submit to demand writers.
