We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based in Missouri to join our growing remote team. This role allows you to manage meaningful personal injury cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact without being tied to a traditional office setting.

Requirements

8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
Active license to practice law in Missouri and in good standing with the Missouri Bar.
Significant courtroom and trial experience with a demonstrated history of achieving favorable outcomes for personal injury clients.
Strong familiarity with Missouri personal injury litigation, court procedures, and applicable state laws.
Exceptional litigation, courtroom advocacy, negotiation, legal writing, and oral argument skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable independently managing a full caseload in a remote environment.
Collaborative professional who can work effectively with attorneys, paralegals, intake staff, and other departments.

Responsibilities

Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution and trial, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations.
Represent clients in Missouri state courts, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials with confidence and precision.
Advise clients regarding their legal rights and options and develop effective strategies tailored to the facts and objectives of each case.
Prepare and argue persuasive pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, settlement demands, and other litigation documents.
Work closely with paralegals and support staff to prepare exhibits, witnesses, evidence, and comprehensive trial strategies.
Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, medical evidence, and litigation risks to determine the appropriate direction for each case.
Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and provide a high-touch client experience throughout the litigation process.
Effectively manage a substantial caseload while meeting Missouri court deadlines, procedural requirements, and client expectations.
