Requirements

• A vibrant personality with strong communication skills.
• Aged 18+ and a U.S. citizen (background check required).
• Obtain a Life Producer license within two weeks.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Background in customer service, education, coaching, military, or sports is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Ensure unparalleled satisfaction through engaging and supportive interactions as a Sales Representative and key client contact.
• Deliver financial wisdom, covering topics from investment to estate planning.
• Create customized financial plans for clients, offering guidance through budgeting, debt reduction, and retirement planning.
• Boost account values with upsell and cross-sell opportunities (no cold calling, no door knocking).
