The Personal Chef works with 8–9 clients per week, handling weekly grocery shopping, meal planning, cooking, and kitchen clean-up. The role offers the opportunity to create menus across a variety of cuisines and build relationships with clients. Additional work may include hosting intimate private dining events and dinner parties, teaching cooking classes, leading corporate team-building cooking workshops, and supporting menu design and event catering projects. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m., with no regular late nights or weekends. The company provides hands-on training, mentorship, and career development, with potential to grow into private chef, event chef, or culinary leadership roles. A raise at the one-year mark may be available, contingent on favorable performance evaluations. Travel may be required during training, and the company compensates for that travel. Applicants offered a position are subject to a background check; the company uses E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.
