About The Position
We are seeking a professional and dependable Personal Chauffeur to provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for executives in Carmel and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, punctual, discreet, and familiar with local and long-distance driving routes.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel if needed.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of GPS systems and local routes.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and and discreet under pressure.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a personal or executive chauffeur preferred.
- Experience working with hospitality executives or VIP clients.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Defensive driving certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport executives and clients to meetings, airports, hotels, and other destinations.
- Maintain cleanliness, fueling, and regular inspection of assigned vehicles.
- Plan efficient driving routes and monitor traffic conditions.
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Assist with luggage, packages, or other transportation-related needs when required.
- Keep vehicle records, maintenance schedules, and mileage logs updated.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding schedules and conversations.
